Client Policy – ThetaHealing® Basic Practitioner Course

1. Registration and Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Registration is completed upon submission of the registration form and payment of the course fee (full or deposit).

• Spaces are limited; early registration is recommended.

• By registering, participants confirm they understand the course is for personal development, self-healing, and learning ThetaHealing® techniques and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment or agreed deposit must be received to secure a place.

• Payments can be made via stripe and pay pal.

• Fees are non-refundable once the course begins, unless the workshop is cancelled by the instructor.

• If a participant cannot attend, transfers to a future course may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Participant cancellations:

  • More than 14 days before the course: full refund minus processing fees.

  • Less than 14 days: refunds may be at the instructor’s discretion.

• Instructor cancellations:

  • If the course is cancelled by the instructor, participants will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to the next available course.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to treat other participants and the instructor with respect and confidentiality.

• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

• Recording of course material (audio or video) is prohibited without explicit written permission.

5. Health and Safety

• Participants should notify the instructor of any physical or emotional conditions that may affect participation.

• ThetaHealing® techniques are non-invasive energy methods. However, participants must understand they are responsible for their own well-being and should seek professional medical advice for any health concerns.

6. Liability

• The instructor, venue, and organization are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the course.

• Participants engage in exercises, meditations, and group activities at their own risk.

7. Use of ThetaHealing® Materials

• Course materials, handouts, and content are copyrighted by the ThetaHealing® Institute of Knowledge.

• Participants may use the materials for personal study and practice only.

• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes unless authorized by the ThetaHealing® Institute.

8. Certification

• Certification is granted upon full attendance and completion of course requirements.

• Participants understand that ThetaHealing® certification is recognized by the ThetaHealing® Institute, and is valid according to their official guidelines.

9. Privacy

• Participant information will be kept confidential and will only be used for course administration, communication, and certification purposes.

• Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

10. Agreement

• By registering and attending the course, participants agree to abide by this policy.

• The instructor reserves the right to modify the policy as necessary with advance notice.

Coaching Client Policy & Terms

1. Coaching Scope

• Coaching is a personal development service, focusing on mindset, personal growth, goal setting, manifestation, and self-awareness.

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for seeking professional guidance when necessary.

• Any techniques shared (including ThetaHealing® methods if applicable) are for educational and self-development purposes only.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients commit to attending scheduled sessions on time and actively engaging in exercises, reflections, or homework.

• Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results outside of coaching sessions.

• Coaching results vary depending on client engagement and commitment; the coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance 

• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

• In case of coach-initiated cancellations, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or full credit/refund.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in advance of coaching sessions or in accordance with agreed packages.

• Payment methods accepted: stripe and pay pal

• Packages or prepaid sessions cannot be refunded once sessions have been delivered.

• Clients may purchase additional sessions at the current rate.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared in sessions is strictly confidential.

• The coach may not disclose client information except if legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

• Clients may share personal information voluntarily, and the coach will handle it with care, respect, and discretion.

6. Ethical Guidelines

• Both coach and client commit to mutual respect, honesty, and integrity.

• Disruptive or abusive behavior by either party may result in termination of the coaching relationship.

• The coach reserves the right to terminate the relationship if sessions are deemed unsafe, abusive, or non-productive.

7. Liability

• Coaching is provided on a best-effort basis.

• The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of actions taken by the client.

• Clients participate in exercises, reflections, and self-development practices at their own risk.

8. Privacy

• Client data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

• Personal information will only be used for scheduling, communication, and coaching purposes.

9. Agreement

• By engaging in coaching sessions, clients agree to this policy.

• The coach reserves the right to update or modify these terms with prior notice.
